I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore, process and heal whatever it is that you are facing in your life. Whether this is a mental health challenge, difficult life circumstance, parenting issues, trauma, relationship struggles, or another goal that you would like to work towards.
I adopt a client centred, holistic therapy approach.
I offer in person Psychotherapy sessions at my Scarborough space and online (via secure videoconferencing) for people in regional or remote areas.
